Caring Adult Survey

At Clarke Road Secondary, it's important to the health of our school community that each of our students feels connected. You are an important part of our community! As part of an initiative that the Ministry of Education started, we want to ensure that every single student is linked to an adult in our building. This person should be someone who you would feel comfortable talking to about any number of issues whether it's school work, stress, stuff at home, or the good things that we can celebrate with you.

Please take a moment to complete the survey here. Every student needs to complete this information. It will be tracked, but only so that the adult you identified will know that you feel comfortable talking to them. We understand that you might have a number of adults that you feel comfortable going to - but we just need you to provide one name so that we know you feel supported.
