Our school is committed to providing all students with a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment free from bullying and harassment that promotes respect, acceptance, and empathy.
Staff, students, parents and caregivers, and community partners will work together as a team to help make our school safe and welcoming for everyone.
The Safe and Inclusive School Plan highlights some of the key actions that our school community will put in place as part of our bullying prevention and intervention efforts.

Key Priorities and Goals

This year we are focusing on prioritizing the safety of the Clarke Road community by promoting and rewarding the positive behaviours of our students and trying to shift culture and climate.
We are doing this to/because we believe that all members of our community have the right to a safe and inclusive environment, and we believe that more focus on the positive behaviours will influence students to strive towards personal growth and making good choices on a daily basis.

Key Actions or Strategies

• Awarding CRSS Gold Passes to senior students who have demonstrated the characteristics of good citizen with strong efforts towards their academics, attendance and attitudes.
• Identifying and training potential student leaders to act as student mentors for our incoming grade nine students.
• Using our student mentors to do more deliberate community and family outreach in order to promote the positive things happening within the school.
