Current Trojans- Picking Courses for 2020-2021

The deadline for picking courses in MyBlueprint is Friday February 14, 2020.

New Trojans- Please Register by February 14, 2020

Registering for Grade 9

If you are a Grade 8 student and are currently attending a Thames Valley District School Board elementary school, your Learning Support Teacher will assist you in filling out a Grade 9 transfer form. Please note that if you do not live in the Clarke Road area, you will also need to provide a letter to the Principal (Todd Woollings) explaining your reason for wanting to send your son/daughter to Clarke Road.

If you are a Grade 8 student currently attending an elementary school at a different school board, please print and complete the following forms:

You must also provide the following documentation:

1. Proof of Birth:

  • Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Registration of Birth, or Passport

2. Proof of Living Address:

  • Current Agreement of Purchase and Sale/Lease Agreement, Current Utility Bill, Current Property Tax Bill, or Current Home Phone/Cable/Internet Bill. Note: Drivers License is not accepted.

3. Proof of Eligibility to Attend (for Permanent Residents and Canadians born outside of Canada):

  • Canadian Passport, Canadian Citizenship Certificate, Record of Landing, Confirmation of Permanent Residence, or Permanent Residence Card

4.  Legal Documents Related to Custody and Access (if applicable).

5. A letter to the Principal (Todd Woollings) explaining your reason for wanting to send your son/daughter to Clarke Road (out of area students only).

All documents must be submitted to our Main Office by February 14, 2020.

Registering for Grades 10-12

If you will be in Grades 10-12 in September and would like to attend Clarke Road, please print and complete the following forms:

You must also provide the following documentation:

1. Credit Counselling Summary/Transcript and IEP (if applicable) from your current school

2. Proof of Birth:

  • Birth Certificate, Baptismal Certificate, Registration of Birth, or Passport

3. Proof of Living Address:

  • Current Agreement of Purchase and Sale/Lease Agreement, Current Utility Bill, Current Property Tax Bill, or Current Home Phone/Cable/Internet Bill. Note: Drivers License is not accepted.

4. Proof of Eligibility to Attend (for Permanent Residents and Canadians born outside of Canada):

Our Emphasis Technology Program gives students the exciting opportunity to take courses in the following areas:
